Question 1

What exactly is a Crawling Loud crawl?

Accepted Answer

A produced, ticketed bar crawl across four to six vetted venues in one neighborhood. Hosts at every stop, exclusive drink pricing, skip-the-line entry, photography, and an after-party room. Typically 800–2,500 people per night.

Question 2

Who comes to these?

Accepted Answer

Mostly young professionals between 22 and 35. Solo attendees, pairs, and groups all work — the format is built so you meet people whether you came with a crew or not.

Question 3

Do I need to know anyone to come?

Accepted Answer

No. Roughly a third of every crawl arrives solo. Check-in seats solo attendees into starter groups at the first venue.

Question 4

How do tickets work?

Accepted Answer

Every ticket is a QR wristband claim. Buy online, get the QR in your email, scan at check-in, receive your wristband. That wristband is your access at every venue on the route.

Question 5

Can I transfer my ticket?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Transfer to another person from your ticket page any time up to two hours before the crawl starts.

Question 6

Do tickets sell out?

Accepted Answer

Frequently. Our Charlotte and Raleigh crawls have sold out ahead of the date. Join the list for your city to get first access.

Question 7

Where is check-in?

Accepted Answer

Always the first venue on the route, listed on the event page and in your confirmation email. Check-in opens 30 minutes before the first slot and closes two hours after.

Question 8

What do I need to bring?

Accepted Answer

Your QR code and a valid government-issued photo ID. That's it.

Question 9

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

Smart casual. No athletic wear, no beachwear, no offensive graphics. Venues enforce their own door policy and we can't override it.

Question 10

Where do I park?

Accepted Answer

Every event page lists recommended garages near the check-in venue. Rideshare is strongly recommended — the route is designed to be walked.

Question 11

What's the age requirement?

Accepted Answer

21+ with valid government-issued photo ID at every venue, no exceptions. Digital IDs are not accepted.

Question 12

What's the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Full refunds up to 14 days before the event. Between 14 days and 48 hours, we issue account credit valid for 12 months. Inside 48 hours, tickets are transferable but non-refundable. If we cancel or reschedule, you get a full refund automatically.

Question 13

How do you keep the night safe?

Accepted Answer

Trained hosts at every venue, a safety lead on the route all night, licensed security at each door, and a text line printed on your wristband. We work with venues to make sure nobody is left behind at a stop.

Question 14

What if I need help during the crawl?

Accepted Answer

Text the number on your wristband. A host responds within minutes and can arrange a safe ride home at no cost to you.
